Gapsu Kim is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Redbadge Pacific. Mr. Kim has over 30 years of experience in cross-border transactions between the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Kim has previously held positions as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Illisis Inc. Korea, Board of Directors of Wilshire State Bancorp Inc. in the U.S., and was the Founding Member and Chief Executive Officer of Investrade Industries Corp. in the U.S.

Mr. Kim received his B.S. from Yonsei University and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Yonsei Association of Sports and is actively involved in Alumni Activities.

Jonathan C. Kim is the Founder and Managing Partner of RBP Singapore. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the platform and all its investment activities. Mr. Kim also sits on the Board of Directors of Redbadge Pacific. Mr. Kim is also the Founding Principal of Miya Capital, a multi-family investment platform that focuses on Real Estate and Venture Capital Investments in the U.S. and Asia, and the Founding Partner of Arrow Venture Partners. Previously, Mr. Kim was on the Acquisitions team at Hersha Hospitality Trust, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on NYSE, consulted and appraised hospitality real estate for HVS Global based in New York and was on the Financial Investment Team for Jumeirah Group in New York.

Mr. Kim received his B.S. from New York University and served on New York University's Board of Trustees (2014-2020). Currently, Mr. Kim serves on New York University’s President’s Global Council, Alumni Association Board of Directors, SPS Dean’s Advisory Board, Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality Advisory Board, YALC and is an Adjunct Professor at Jonathan M. Tisch Center. He is also a member of the Milken Institute and Entrepreneurs Organization.
Janny Lee

Janny Lee is a Founding Partner at Redbadge Pacific. Ms. Lee is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Redbadge where she works closely with the development of Redbadge's portfolio of companies and brings a passion for growing companies while providing strategic advice to entrepreneurs. She has unique multi-disciplinary expertise to build successful platforms with combined investment banking, operating and entrepreneurial experiences. Ms. Lee has been directly involved in the origination and execution of several billion dollars worth of domestic and cross-border financing and strategic M&A transactions across the media, technology, and communications industries. Ms. Lee is also a Founding Partner of Anchorvest, an alternative asset management platform. Previously, Ms. Lee was with Redwood Capital Group, Primedia Inc. (a former Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. portfolio company), Bank of America Securities LLC (formerly Montgomery Securities) and Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. She was a founding member of a financial software company that was funded by Goldman Sachs Ventures.

Ms. Lee received her B.S. from Cornell University. She is a Foundation Board Member of White Plains Hospital, a leading not-for-profit health care organization for premier, advanced care in New York.
Timothy C. Yong

Timothy C. Yong is a Managing Partner at RBP Singapore. Mr. Yong is involved in all areas of the business with a particular focus on Southeast Asia where he is responsible for building strategic relationships and managing all areas of investments in the region. Prior to joining RBP Singapore, Mr. Yong spent close to 10 years at Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division in both their New York and Singapore offices. He was responsible for heading up coverage efforts in Southeast Asia for Financial Sponsors, including Private Equity, Venture Capital and Sovereign Wealth Fund clients in the region. He was also responsible for Real Estate sector coverage across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia. Over the course of his career, Mr. Yong has advised and executed over US$8 billion worth of IPOs, Capital Markets and M&A transactions across U.S. and Southeast Asian markets.

Mr. Yong received his B.S. with honors from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He also sits on the Board of Directors at Senkee Logistics, a Singapore-based privately-owned logistics company; and served as a guest lecturer and mentor at the National University of Singapore’s School of Business.

Arvin Leow is a Partner at RBP Singapore. Prior to joining RBP Singapore, Mr. Leow was a Vice President in Citigroup's Investment Banking Division, where he specialized in advising Financial Institutions and FinTechs on their strategic Capital Markets and M&A needs. To date, he has advised and executed over US$25 billion in Capital Markets and cross-border M&A transactions for clients based in North America, Western Europe and Asia.

Mr. Leow received his MBA from Boston University, and his B.A. from the National University of Singapore.

Ryan Im is a Director at Redbadge Pacific and is involved in the firm's investments and portfolio management across the platform. Prior to joining Redbadge Pacific, Mr. Im was a Senior Manager at Delta Air Lines Global Services, where he was responsible for corporate development and strategy in the aviation services industry. Previously, Mr. Im was with Rocket Internet, building out businesses in Southeast Asia and held various roles in tech startups. Mr. Im started his career in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York in their Investment Banking Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Im received his B.S. in Economics and a B.S.E. in Systems Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania through the Jerome Fisher program in Management and Technology.

Douglas Lee is a Vice President and Founding Partner at RBP Singapore and has almost a decade of management and operational experience at Real Estate, Industrials and Hospitality companies closely associated with his family’s Investment Holding Company and various investment holdings. These include Pontiac Land - one of Singapore’s premier real estate companies; and the largest privately-owned car distributorship in Singapore – Eurokars Group.

Mr. Lee received his B.S. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and continues to serve a non-executive advisory role in various family subsidiaries and local charities.
Bon Ug Ku

Bon Ug Ku is a Vice President at Redbadge Pacific and is involved in accounting, operations and asset management activities. Mr. Ku previously worked at Nara Investment Banking Corporation and Yonhap Capital where he was responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence and portfolio management. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Tekos, a venture company, where he guided the company through VC fundraising and eventual IPO on KOSDAQ.

Mr. Ku received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yonsei University and holds a Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KICPA) license. He currently serves on Goyang City Local Taxation Commission and acts as a non-standing auditor for Gyeonggi Content Agency.

Mr. Lam has prior capital markets experiences in Citigroup's Global Markets Division, as well as Strategy Consulting at PwC's Strategy& in Southeast Asia. Mr. Lam also gained experience as an investment analyst at Alta, Southeast Asia's largest digital marketplace for alternative investments before joining RBP Singapore.

Mr. Lam graduated cum laude and received his B.B.M from the Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business with a major in Finance.

Mr. Low graduated summa cum laude from Singapore Management University’s School of Accountancy and Lee Kong Chian School of Business with degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration, majoring in Finance.

Grace Liu Yafen is a Venture Partner at RBP Singapore and is involved in all aspects of investment activities in the Real Estate & PropTech sector across the United States and Asia. Previously, Ms. Liu was the Founder and Managing Partner of GZ Real Estate Partners (“GZ”), a boutique Asia-U.S. cross border real estate investment and advisory firm headquartered in New York City. Ms. Liu has closed over US$5.5 billion of real estate transactions under GZ. Prior to founding GZ, Ms. Liu worked for Goldman Sachs, PwC, Bank of China as well as real estate private equity funds both in NYC and Hong Kong.

Ms. Liu received her Master’s Degree from Columbia University’s Real Estate Development Program and her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.

Kevin Kok is a Venture Partner at RBP Singapore. A Medical Doctor by training, Dr. Kok is actively involved in venture building and early-stage investments in Southeast Asia. His experience and expertise include healthcare, property tech and Web 3.0.

Dr. Kok was previously the COO of Doctor Anywhere, a Singapore-based telemedicine platform. He is currently engaged by various Singapore government agencies to advise on and help drive the adoption and scaling of HealthTech solutions in the country.

Dr. Kok received his MBBS from the National University of Singapore.
Tyler Bulakul

Tyler Bulakul is a Venture Partner at RBP Singapore. Mr. Bulakul has over 8 years of experience in the Finance industry across Investment Banking and Private Equity. Prior to joining RBP, Mr. Bulakul was a Vice President at L Catterton (the private equity arm of LVMH) and was the first employee hired in Asia post the merger of Catterton Partners and L Capital in 2016. At L Catterton, Mr. Bulakul assisted in the integration of global teams and built out the franchise in Asia while deploying equity into opportunities out of a US$1.5 billion Asia focused fund, based out of Singapore. Prior to his time at L Catterton, Mr. Bulakul held positions in Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division – first from the New York office and later covered clients across Southeast Asia out of their Singapore office until 2016.

Mr. Bulakul is currently pursuing his MBA at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and has been awarded the Joseph Wharton Scholarship. He received his B.A. from Amherst College where he was awarded the prestigious Tug Kennedy Award for excellence in leadership, academics and athletics. Mr. Bulakul has also represented his country - Thailand - in Swimming across a number of regional competitions including the 2011 Southeast Asian Games.

Mr. Burch is the Founding Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Redbadge. Mr. Burch has been an entrepreneur and active investor of dynamic businesses across a wide range of industries for over 30 years. He has contributed to the rise of multiple successful companies and established Redbadge as a result of his passion for developing and growing innovative brands.

Mr. Burch founded his first business in college, along with his brother Chris – Eagle’s Eye, a manufacturer and retailer of women’s and children’s sportswear. Within a decade’s time, the company expanded a national distribution footprint which included more than 50 of its own retail stores. Eagle’s Eye was eventually acquired by Swire Group. After the sale of Eagle’s Eye, Mr. Burch continued to become a significant participant in the entrepreneurial community having launched and invested in several companies and funds. Notable investments have included companies such as Jawbone, Color Kinetics (acquired by Philips for $791 million), Voss Water, Cosi, Perimeter, Eastern Alliance Insurance and Next Jump.

Mr. Burch was also a founding investor for Internet Capital Group—a business-to-business Internet holding company that had a multi-billion dollar market capitalization at its height, a founder and director of Continuum Group—a technology and telecommunications infrastructure fund, and early founding investor of Guggenheim Partners—a NYC-based global advisory and investment firm. In addition, among his many real estate endeavors, Mr. Burch was a Managing Partner in El Porteño Properties which focused on real estate developments in Argentina. Mr. Burch teamed up with architect Philippe Stark and hotelier Alan Faena to develop the Faena Hotel + Universe, with its first project in Buenos Aires being in excess of $50 million and internationally recognized for its design excellence. The Faena Arts District in Buenos Aries grew to approximately 2 million square feet of mixed commercial, retail and residential development.

Mr. Burch is a graduate of Denison University and has served on the Boards of The Academy of Natural Sciences, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Philadelphia, The Franklin Institute and The Haverford School. Mr. Burch is also the Founder of Big Timber Arts Round-Up, a gathering of students actively interested in creative writing, photography, drama, and the visual arts.

Mr. Lee is the Chairman of Shanghai Commercial Bank (Hong Kong), Tripartite Alliance Limited and Deputy Chairman of M+S Pte Ltd. He is also the Managing Director of Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank Ltd (Taipei) and GMT Investments Pte Ltd. Mr. Lee also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Temasek Holdings, CapitaLand Limited, Singapore Labour Foundation, Kidney Dialysis Foundation, Marina South Investments Pte Ltd, Ophir-Rochor Investments Pte Ltd and MS Property Management Pte Ltd. He has also served on the Boards of CNPC Corporation, Beijing (2014-2017), COFCO Corporation, Beijing (2011-2015), Baosteel Group, Shanghai (2005-2012), Vertex Venture Holdings Ltd (2001-2003), Neptune Orient Lines Ltd (2000-2002), Fraser & Neave Ltd (1997-2009) and was a Senior International Advisor of Temasek International Advisory (2005-2015) and a member of the Singapore National Wage Council (1978-2016).

Mr. Lee was awarded the Distinguished Comrade of Labour in 2015, Beijing’s Friendship Awards to Foreign Experts in 2007, the Singapore Distinguished Service Order in 2006 and the Singapore Public Service Star in 1998. He was also conferred one of Singapore’s highest state awards – Order of Nila Utama (First Class) in 2015 and served as a Nominated Member of Parliament from 1994 to 1997.
